This is where my back story can be found.

Born in Colorado Springs Colorado USA

High School in Las Vegas NV USA

4 year degree (took me 5 years) from University of Colorado at Boulder USA

Colorado snow forced me further south to Santa Fe New Mexico.

After a 2 year cross country trip (broke down in Brinkly Arkansas where I lived for 1 year) I stopped in Albuquerque NM because of bad brakes and settled there. Albuquerque does get snow but nothing as much as Denver or Colorado Springs. 

Traveled to Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia where I met Farida. I bought a guide book from Borders Book Store. We had such a bookstore in our neighborhood at the time. I really miss it. Anyway, the guide book was titled From Bangkok To Bali. It was by a british author. I was so intrigued when reading it, I decided to make the trip myself. This trip led me to meet Farida. I did not make it to Bali that year.

Returned to Albuquerque NM USA to save money and do paperwork so I could return to Sumatra Indonesia to get married to Farida.

Returned to Parlilitan North Sumatra Indonesia to marry Farida Ariani Tumanggor. After the wedding, I had to return to the USA without Farida. I had to save more money so we could get all the paperwork we needed to get her "ikut swami" visa to come to the USA. While I was doing all this, Farida and her father were getting her passport. 

I wrote concerning all of my trips and there is a stack of journals to show for it. But who is going to read all these journals? That is why I started www.roamreverie.com - What I See From Mountain To Sea MAC. 

I think 2 or 3 people have seen it. 😀😀

4th of June 2025, I went to Main Post Office to start the passport renewal process like I have done many times in the past just to find out everything has changed. They gave me a memo that has a government website link that is now the new way to renew passports. I am a little bit upset about this change but I am going to wait until I start the passport renewal process before I pass judgement..
